Order processing time
Once you complete your checkout, our system sends your order to our fulfillment team immediately. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Processing includes picking, packing, quality checking, and handing your package over to the carrier. This typically takes 1 to 2 full business days. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will generally begin processing the following Monday and will normally be handed to the carrier by Wednesday. You will receive an email confirming that your package has shipped as soon as the tracking number is generated.
Where we deliver
We currently serve addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Canada. We are unfortunately unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), P.O. boxes in certain remote regions, or any international destination other than Canada. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your specific address, please email us before ordering.
Carriers we use
To balance speed and reliability, we work with a network of well-known national carriers. Depending on your location, the size of your order, and current service performance, your package may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier selected for your order will appear in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. We do not offer the option to choose a carrier at checkout, but we always select the most efficient route available for your address.
Estimated transit times
Once your package has left our facility, these are the estimated delivery timeframes:
- United States (lower 48): 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates provided by our carriers. Severe weather, peak holiday volumes, or customs clearance backlogs can occasionally add an extra day or two, and we appreciate your patience if such a situation occurs.
Shipping cost
We charge $0.00 for shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no handling fee added at any stage. The price you see at checkout is the final total you pay.
Canadian customs, duties, and taxes
If your delivery address is in Canada, the package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are determined solely by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lyrres does not collect or remit these amounts and cannot estimate them in advance. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred by the carrier, and those costs will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking your order
Tracking is included on all shipments. The moment your shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link and the expected delivery window. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number and email address.
